Job Summary

Hire Resolve is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our client`s team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the Cape Town region.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base in Cape Town.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry organizations.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Represent Hire Resolve at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, progress, and results to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
  • Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Result-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
