Minimum

Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) & relevant tertiary qualifications in administration or a related field. Experience in project, contract, and office administration . Knowledge of contractual document control and data administration . Experience handling operational, maintenance, and contractor-related data . Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management systems . Ability to compile, manipulate, report, and present data effectively . Key Attributes: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. Common-sense approach with a practical mindset and willingness to learn . Effective communication skills , both verbal and written.
