Our Client is seeking a young, dynamic, and ambitious App Technology Manager to spearhead the technical development of our client’s app, built on the Flutter platform. This role demands a visionary leader who is both technically skilled and deadline-driven, capable of scaling an innovative startup from scratch. Key Responsibilities • Lead the tech team, instilling a results-oriented and collaborative work culture • Drive the app’s technical vision, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions • Oversee all tech operations, including architecture design, system performance, and security • Work closely with stakeholders to transform ideas into practical, scalable solutions • Stay ahead of the curve by adopting cutting-edge technologies in mobile app development Qualifications & Key Traits • Proven leadership experience as a CTO, Technology Manager, or equivalent • Expert in Flutter, Dart, and mobile application frameworks • Agile, innovative, and thrives under tight deadlines • A “go-getter” mindset with a passion for technology and entrepreneurship • Strong communication and mentorship skills to inspire a young team
