Job Description

Process Analysis & Continuous Improvement Analyse and map current financial processes to identify gaps and bottlenecks Design future‑state workflows that improve accuracy and reduce manual effort Lead process-improvement initiatives and track their impact Create detailed SOPs, documentation, and workflow diagrams Financial Data Analysis & Insights Evaluate financial data to uncover trends, anomalies, and improvement areas Build reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics Provide insights to improve financial decision-making Support month‑end and year‑end financial analysis Financial Visibility & Reporting Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools Build financial models to support strategic planning Ensure accurate, consistent data across systems Internal Controls & Risk Management Identify control weaknesses and implement improvements Conduct financial risk assessments and propose mitigations Support audit requirements and control testing Compliance & Monitoring Monitor compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory requirements Analyse and improve compliance processes Support marketplace seller compliance and related reporting Systems Integration & Automation Identify automation opportunities across financial processes Partner with tech teams to implement system enhancements Validate and document system requirements and process changes Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Finance, Product, Operations, Compliance & Tech Facilitate workshops and support strategic initiatives Act as SME for marketplace finance processes Skills & Experience Essential Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills Process improvement expertise (Lean, Six Sigma advantageous) High attention to detail Ability to work in fast‑paced, dynamic environments Technical Competencies Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Qlik Knowledge of SQL is advantageous Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart Understanding of ERP systems Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or similar Business/process improvement certifications beneficial Minimum 35 years experience in business analysis / financial analysis / process optimisation Experience in e‑commerce or marketplace environments advantageous Contact Kayla Reddy
