About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager with expertise in Digital Transformation or IT-led business change to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional emotional intelligence, navigate complex office dynamics, and demonstrate technical acumen in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate organizational change initiatives that drive digital transformation
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
Analyze and mitigate risks associated with change
Foster a culture of adaptability and continuous learning

Requirements

5 years of dedicated Change Management experience in Digital Transformation or IT-led business change
Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to navigate office politics
Understanding of the Development lifecycle and Agile environments
Familiarity with technical jargon and terminology
PROSCI, CCMP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred
