About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management and contract administration on transportation, roads, and pavement projects. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of systems and software to enhance process in the Transport and Roads Division.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with project management and contract administration on transportation, roads and pavement projects
Support the development and implementation of systems and software to enhance process in the Transport and Roads Division
Oversee and ensure construction is managed according to quality standards
Design roads, stormwater and transport projects
Assist with tender compilation and project specifications

Requirements

Minimum 1 to 3 years postgraduate experience in civil engineering
Above average Excel and Word skills
Proficiency in coding and automation software
Exceptional report writing skills
Analytical skills

Qualifications

BEng/BSc Civil Engineering
MSC/PHD Civil Engineering/Transport/Pavement Engineering
