About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to lead our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project pipelines, resource planning, and strategic delivery, while implementing quality and compliance standards across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of civil engineers and technicians
  • Oversee project pipelines and resource planning
  • Implement quality and compliance standards across all projects
  • Support business development and client relationship management

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in engineering with at least minimum of 3 years in management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects

Qualifications

BEng/MEng Civil Engineering ECSA Pr Eng required
