Ensure timely rent collection, monitor arrears, implement debt recovery procedures, and liaise with legal advisors when necessary. Organize, coordinate, and supervise property inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, and contractor/service provider performance. Facilitate leasing processes, including tenant applications, onboarding, renewals, and marketing of vacant units to minimize downtime. Ensure all property management activities comply with relevant legislation, lease agreements, and internal policies, including health & safety and environmental requirements.
