About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our property transfer management team, you will be responsible for managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to registration, while also building and maintaining relationships with estate agents, property professionals, and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property transfers from instruction through to registration
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
- Draft, review, and process conveyancing documentation
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage a high-volume conveyancing portfolio efficiently and accurately
- Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, property professionals, and referral partners
- Participate in networking, marketing, and business development activities to generate new business opportunities
- Promote the firm’s services and contribute to business growth initiatives
Requirements
Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer
Proven experience managing property transfers from inception to registration
Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and systems
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Qualifications
Formal education in Law (LLB) or equivalent, with a valid Attorneys’ Admission Certificate.
