Job Summary
Who are we: An online education group dedicated to fostering a strong, supportive community for parents, learners and staff. Who we are looking for: We`re seeking a dynamic and proactive Community and Social Media Lead to join our team. What will you do: Manage and engage with the community on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and others Build and maintain relationships with parents, learners and staff through active community management Monitor community interactions, ensuring conversations remain respectful, relevant and aligned with our values Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, addressing concerns and feedback promptly and professionally Identify and foster opportunities for meaningful engagement, increasing participation and strengthening community ties Proactively maintain a positive online presence, staying responsive and available regularly Ensure all interactions reflect the commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for all members What will you need: Proven experience in social media and community management (preferably in an educational or similar field) Hands-on approach, with the ability to actively manage and engage the community Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and how to foster community growth and interaction Must be highly responsive, intelligent, trustworthy and proactive Not a role for agency experience; must be able to work independently and manage the community in-house Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on maintaining a positive and professional online atmosphere
