Job Summary
IGrow Group of Companies , one of SA’s top property investment companies is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking CRM Business Analyst to the join their team in Cape Town.
Requirements:
Matric A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field 3-5 years experience in a CRM Analyst role preferably in financial services Selfstarter with strong initiative and problem-solving skills Track record of leveraging industry and internal proof points Ability to handle a large number of projects and deadline driven Self motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal instruction Highly organised Work from the office Hands-on experience with popular CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho and Pipedrive is crucial. Experience in business analysis, particularly in understanding business processes and translating them into technical requirements, is essential. Experience in managing or supporting CRM-related projects, including implementation, customization, and integration with other systems. Familiarity with the industry in which the CRM will be applied e.g., finance, is beneficial Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: Lead day to day system management and optimization. Optimizing software to the best of it`s ability Reporting, updating, account sorting, account ranking, data entry and account management Organizing and analyzing marketing and customer data and helping Sales and Marketing teams Analytical and data driven approach to creating new revenue opportunities Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies Creating new policies and optimizing the relevant systems usage with the Sales teams Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Social and emotional intelligence to tailor interactions for internal stakeholders Extensive product knowledge of Zoho, Pipedrive and Salesforce. Technology skills in multiple CRM systems, software and applications
