About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded Store Manager to drive store performance and lead daily operations in our Cape Town City Centre retail store. The successful candidate will be operationally involved, adaptable, and aligned with a sporty, energetic brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive store performance through commercial and operational management
  • Lead daily operations and take ownership of store results
  • Thrive in independent or mini-chain retail settings
  • Implement strategies to improve store performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Store Manager experience (additional experience advantageous)
  • Background in independent or mini-chain retail environments (±510 stores) preferred
  • Highly structured large chain-store experience generally not suitable
  • Strong commercial and operational management capability
  • Ability to turn around and improve store performance
  • Strong brand alignment with a fashion/sports retail environment
