Job Summary

Vacancy for a CS/SR Administrator with a vehicle dealership in Cape Town.

Duties:

Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently; Conduct DCS updates and follow up with customers at specified intervals; Perform customer follow-ups to support workshop growth; Capture and update data accurately on Evolve; Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary; Perform general administrative and record-keeping tasks; Complete daily activity reports; Assist with the switchboard during receptionist lunch breaks; Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code policies; Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 to 3 years in a similar administrative or customer service role within the Motor Industry. Computer literate. Relevant experience in the Motor Industry Knowledge of working with automotive system like Evolve. Grade 12 or equivalent. Clear criminal record.
