What Youll Do Handle inbound sales calls and customer inquiries Provide accurate product information and exceptional service Build and maintain strong customer relationships Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Manage customer data and ensure accurate record-keeping Collaborate with internal teams and provide insights on market trends Offer general system and support assistance as needed Key Focus Areas Inbound Sales (soft-sales approach) Client liaison & customer engagement Data management & reporting Performance-driven execution What Were Looking For Minimum 1 year contact centre experience in sales and customer service Matric / Grade 12 No criminal record Target-driven mindset Outbound calling experience is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Who Thrives Here Motivated individuals who enjoy customer interaction, have a natural consultative approach, and can balance service with sales.
