About the Role
A highly prestigious educational institution in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs is seeking a meticulous, confident and relationship-driven Debtors Fees Administrator to join its Finance Office. This role is not “just invoicing.” It is the financial heartbeat behind school fee management, ensuring accurate billing, responsible collections, sensitive engagement with families, and absolute financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of debtors’ fees
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians to facilitate collections
- Implement effective credit control measures to minimize bad debt
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless billing and collection processes
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
