About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, responsible for managing and optimising digital advertising accounts for high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building, managing, and optimising digital advertising accounts
- Analyse campaign metrics, draw conclusions from data, and create summary reports for clients
- Communicate with clients regarding account performance and advertising strategy
- Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and maximise ROI
- Write compelling ad copy and assist with budget management and ROI analysis
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of digital advertising account management experience
- Certification: Must be certified in relevant advertising platforms
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with major advertising platforms, analytics tools, and campaign management software
- Data & CRM: Understand the importance of first-party data and how to connect advertising accounts to CRM solutions
Qualifications
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification is required.
