Cape Town City Centre: Digital Marketing Assistant

Youll support social media management, content creation, newsletters, and digital campaigns bringing fresh ideas and energy to the brands digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Creation Develop engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Plan, schedule, and post daily content aligned with brand campaigns Create and edit photos and videos for reels, stories, and product launches Monitor engagement and respond to community interactions Email Marketing & Campaigns Assist with monthly newsletters and digital campaigns Help with planning and execution of seasonal promotions and giveaways Track performance metrics and suggest improvements Research & Admin Support Conduct competitor and trend research to guide creative direction Provide administrative support for marketing projects and activations Assist with ad hoc marketing and team duties What Were Looking For: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred) 12 years experience in digital marketing or social media management Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools Strong writing skills and an eye for design Creative, proactive, and passionate about digital storytelling Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident in photography, videography, and basic editing tools Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines Excited to contribute ideas and grow within a fun, collaborative environment
