KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have a tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering/Quantity Surveying coupled with 2-5 years experience in the construction sector, in the electrical discipline, developing accurate, compliant and competitive tenders through a thorough and advanced estimating practice You will have a proven track record in extracting components and quantities from drawings to provide a preliminary costing budget for projects. You will have experience in working closely with engineers, procurement and finance to ensure all information and contributions are accurate and timeously received to meet clients deadlines for submission. You will have experience in preparing financial summaries, tender schedules, proposal detail sheets and pricing schedules for the Proposal/Project Manager and for management review. You will have a good network of suppliers and sub-contractors to tap into for best pricing and You must be a detailed-orientated and organized team player with demonstrated delivery in high pressure situations. You must have a drivers license, a clear criminal and credit record, and reliable transport.
