Job Summary

With a focus on maintaining and enhancing food safety and quality standards, this role is perfect for those holding a Matric and a Diploma or BSc degree in Food Technology or Food Science who are passionate about the food industry Your responsibilities will include the oversight of their Quality Control System and Food Safety Procedures, ensuring compliance with GMP and HACCP standards. The position involves updating and maintaining quality systems and documentation, conducting quality control tasting, and managing cleaning and QC teams. Additionally, youll be expected to handle customer complaints, conduct internal and external audits, and manage various service providers. This role requires a problem solver with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and motivation. Experience in a food processing facility is advantageous but not essential.
