Responsibilities:
Ignite Your Passion: Process invoices using SAP software like a pro. Quality Control Champion: Review coding and authorizations to keep our financial control environment top-notch. Balance Keeper: Monitor vendor account balances to ensure they stay in good standing. Data Detective: Assist in analyzing invoices by preparing reports that compare actual costs versus budgeted amounts. Reporting Rockstar: Maintain records for management reporting that spark insights. Query Conqueror: Address and resolve queries from vendors and employees with speed and precision. Relationship Builder: Forge and nurture strong connections with both vendors and team members. Education and Qualifications: Relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Knowledge and Skills: A strong understanding of accounting principles with excellent reconciliation and analytical skills. A driven self-starter with enthusiasm and the energy to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Well-organized with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not mandatory. Why Join Us?
