Cape Town City Centre: Grinder (Surface/Cylindrical Grinder)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : Job Purpose : Our client is looking for experienced Grinders capable of operating precision grinding equipment for high-quality metal components. Key Responsibilities: Operate grinding equipment to achieve required precision finishes Set up grinding machines, including wheel selection and balancing Inspect finished components using measuring instruments Maintain a safe and clean working environment Ensure consistent quality throughout production REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years experience operating surface and/or cylindrical grinding machines Strong knowledge of precision tolerances Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience in metal finishing and measurement tools Ability to work shift patterns Must reside in or near Cape Town A skills assessment/test will be conducted during the first recruitment stage.
