About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Coordinator to support client engagement and commercial expansion across three high-performance businesses in Cape Town. As a front-line representative of our companies, you will manage pipelines, engage prospects, introduce our solutions, and maintain momentum across multiple client cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and advance all incoming leads with clarity and urgency
- Hold conversations with prospects and articulate our offerings with confidence
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups across financial and technology verticals
- Build stable client relationships through consistent, high-quality communication
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presence and a confident engagement style
- Organised, disciplined, and able to drive multiple workstreams at pace
- Commercial awareness and comfort working in client-facing environments
- Experience in microlending, insurance, technology, or business development is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans – additional South African languages are an advantage in client work
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
