About the Role

The Growth / New Business Operations Coordinator (UK) role supports deal progression and execution across the EMEA Growth team, ensuring opportunities move through the pipeline efficiently. This position is based in Cape Town with hybrid working hours, requiring 9-5 UK time commitment. The starting salary for this role is R28 000/month, with flexibility based on good experience and calibre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate multiple workstreams to manage deal progression from brief to close.
  • Build and iterate client proposals and pitch decks while ensuring timely follow-up on marketing opportunities.
  • Own CRM hygiene and sales pipeline admin by tracking and updating status across active opportunities in HubSpot.
  • Coordinate inputs across internal teams, including customer success, strategy, and partnerships.
  • Respond to inbound leads and reactive opportunities to ensure timely progression.
  • Support on commercials, timelines, and basic client communications.
  • Chase senior stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met, and deals move efficiently.

About the Role
