Job Summary

In-house Legal Council Key Responsibilities Provide support to the Directors and Executive Suite Company secretarial or general administrative support Resolutions Minutes and actions for Board and Exco meetings Maintain Company documents All related Corporate Governance matters Reviewing and drafting contracts Day-to-day contract management assistance and advice, including Funding and Franchisor agreements Management of Lease Agreements Management of Insurance Claims via broker Any other duties, as assigned by Executive Management and Directors, in line with the role. Skills High attention to detail A passion for, and understanding of commercial law Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to handle multiple projects, prioritise work and work effectively with limited supervision Able to work under pressure and deliver within timeframes Good project management skills Excellent negotiation skills Requirements Paralegal Certificate, BA Law or similar qualification A BCom Law degree will be advantageous >5 years’ experience Strong Commercial background
