Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to Wealth Managers, supporting them in managing client portfolios and enhancing the client experience. Handle administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met. Assist with the preparation and management of documentation related to financial planning and client investment strategies. Proactively communicate with clients. Provide operational support to streamline processes and improve service delivery for both the Wealth Manager and clients. Manage and organize large volumes of information, ensuring it is accurately processed and stored. Required Skills: Degree in Commerce or Finance. Excellent organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills. Punctual with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability. A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (both verbal and written), with the confidence to communicate effectively with clients over the phone.
