Cape Town City Centre: Internal Sales Rep (Graduate)

Key Responsibilities: Support the internal sales team with day-to-day operations Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information Assist in preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing CRM data Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and finance Monitor sales performance and generate reports Participate in training and development programs Conduct monthly stock take Procurement of Stock Requirements: Matric (minimum) Graduate or technically inclined candidate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team
