About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Junior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating complex construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and within scope. With your hands-on experience in the renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors, we are confident that you can help us deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Oversee civil works, instrumentation, and commissioning phases
- Review and approve project plans, reports, and close-out documents
- Act as the main contact for clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering, HSE, and procurement teams
- Ensure site readiness and validate pre-installation requirements
- Manage timely delivery of materials, equipment, and staff
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years of hands-on project coordination experience in the renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within scope
- Experience overseeing turnkey contracts and coordinating with multidisciplinary contractor teams
- Proficient in project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
