About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of the Environmental Division, you will play a crucial role in the design and maintenance of landscaped gardens within the precinct, as well as the management and supervision of horticultural resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, upgrade, and maintenance of landscaped gardens within the precinct
- Oversee the seasonal treatments of the gardens and street trees
- Oversee the Turf grass management program
- Supervise staff by determining workloads and schedules to ensure that all activities are following standard operating procedures
- Proactively contribute as a member of the Environmental Division to achieve companywide strategies and objectives
- Perform any other reasonable project that may be allocated to you
Requirements
- National Diploma in Horticulture or related equivalent qualification
- Two years relevant horticultural experience
- Experience in a supervisory position
- Code 8 driver’s license
- Computer literate
