Cape Town City Centre: Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of buildings, equipment, and systems. Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general facility maintenance. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently. Assist with installations, minor renovations, and relocation of equipment or furniture. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain clean and organized work areas. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management. Requirements: Proven experience in maintenance, repairs, or a similar role. Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability. Good physical stamina and the ability to handle manual tasks. Valid drivers license is an advantage.
