About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Design Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving lead generation through various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Design social media graphics using Canva and write engaging copy
  • Set up and manage email marketing campaigns, automations, and nurture sequences
  • Manage data cleanliness
  • Build and optimise landing pages and funnels for lead generation
  • Manage Google Ads and paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and lead metrics and adjust accordingly
  • Manage website updates and coordinate changes with web developers
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, agents, and suppliers
  • Design print and digital marketing materials
  • Monitor and engage with social media comments and enquiries

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Relevant qualifications advantageous
  • Digital marketing experience (real estate preferred)
  • Strong experience using Canva, Figma, InDesign, and website/landing page builders
  • Strong ability writing engaging content
  • Copywriting and basic SEO knowledge
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM systems, and paid ads
  • Confident using ASANA (preferred)
  • Analytical; competent with high standards of quality and detail orientation
  • Organised, proactive, and data-driven
  • Proven ability to succeed
  • High level of responsibility
  • Supportive Team Player
