The Role: Marketing and Design Coordinator The Marketing and Design Coordinator will play a key role in producing creative assets, coordinating marketing projects, and supporting execution across digital, print, and events. This role blends hands-on design with strong coordination and project ownership. It’s ideal for a detail-oriented creative professional eager to develop broader marketing experience in a supportive and fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities Bring 23 years of experience in marketing, design, or creative coordination Design and produce digital and print marketing assets using Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Figma Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards Coordinate the creation and delivery of event merchandise and collateral with internal and external teams Build and update WordPress landing pages and web content Use MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) for presentations, reporting, and documentation Support marketing operations and campaign tracking; familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus About You 23 years of relevant experience in marketing or design Proficient in InDesign, Canva, WordPress, and MS Office tools Highly organized, with strong communication and multitasking skills Proactive and eager to grow within a broader marketing function Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or similar platforms is advantageous Previous agency experience is a plus Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours
