Marketing Lead Shape Our Next Exciting Growth Chapter Location: Cape Town or Johannesburg, South Africa This isn’t a typical marketing role. CallForce is a fast-growing BPO provider expanding into the USA and UK markets. We’re at an inflection point, moving from “good local player” to “global brand” and we are building and expanding out dynamic team to help us get there. The reality: We don’t have all the answers yet. Our marketing function is evolving into a global brand and we need someone who’s excited by that. Someone who wants ownership, not just tasks. Someone who sees a blank canvas and can bring creativity and energy to this dynamic function. What you’ll actually be doing: This role will evolve with you: Build the foundation (Months 1-6) Work directly with leadership to clarify our brand positioning and messaging Audit what’s working (and what isn’t) across our digital presence Set up the basic infrastructure: CRM hygiene, content calendar, lead tracking Get your hands dirtywrite copy, build landing pages, test campaigns Start driving growth (Months 6-12) Launch demand generation campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, email) for our key markets Create sales enablement tools that actually help close deals Plan and execute events, webinars, partnerships Build internal comms that make our team feel like they’re part of something bigger Scale what works (Year 2) Own the full marketing strategy and pipeline Build and lead a small team as we grow Become the go-to person for all things brand, growth, and market positioning You might be the right fit if: You have 2-4 years in marketing (B2B, tech, SaaS, or services preferred) You’ve done a bit of everything content, digital, campaigns and want to go deeper You’re comfortable with ambiguity and don’t need perfect instructions to get started You’re agile: you know how to get results without a massive budget or team You’re analytical but creative you care about metrics and storytelling You want a role where your ideas actually matter and move the business forward You don’t need: An agency background 5 years of experience To have “done it all before” You do need: The ability to figure things out quickly A growth mindset and hunger to learn Strong writing and communication skills Comfort working closely with sales, ops, and leadership Why join CallForce?
