Cape Town City Centre: Operations Manager (Construction)

Job Description: Oversee multiple construction projects and site teams Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Manage operational resources, subcontractors, and suppliers Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards Report on operational performance and identify areas for improvement Skills & Experience: 8 years experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years in an operations or senior management role Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of construction contracts and project delivery Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
