Employer Description Company specialize in property development Job Description Your duties will encompass: Management of suppliers Cost negotiations Pricing research and analysis Supplier relationships Procurement policies Accurately and timeously creates purchase orders, reviews RFQs and sends request for quotes to the selected suppliers. Receive and evaluate all quotations and selects the best supplier based on the prescribed criteria. Manages and oversees all import processes and costs. Ensures that suppliers are compliant with the necessary BEE code requirements. Build good working relationships with teams and colleagues. Educates the suppliers on company BEE requirements and provides assistance where possible to maintain suppliers on database. Qualifications Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain. Skills Minimum 3 years working experience in Construction industry. Experience working with Buildsmart. Familiar with SHEQ standards. Benefits Provident Fund Medical Aid
