Description: Prepare and manage pizza dough daily according to Neapolitan-style methods. Hand-stretch dough to achieve the desired thin, soft, and airy crust. Operate and maintain wood-fired or high-temperature pizza ovens. Prepare fresh sauces, toppings, and ingredients while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality. Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times. Assist in inventory control and ordering of supplies. Uphold kitchen standards, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output during peak service times. Requirements: Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, specifically in Neapolitan-style pizza making. Skilled in hand-stretching dough and working with high-hydration doughs. Experience operating wood-fired or stone pizza ovens. Strong knowledge of Italian pizza-making traditions and ingredients. Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced kitchen. Commitment to quality, presentation, and consistency.
