Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Allocate resources and resolve production issues. Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries. Create and update production schedules. Analyze market data and sales forecasts. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions. Communicate with procurement on raw materials. Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols. Monitor production expenses and budgets. Support quality improvement initiatives and best practices. Assist with developing planning strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business & Planning Management. Minimum 3-5 years` experience in planning management or a similar role. Proficient in English & Afrikaans. ERP & planning software proficiency. Strong Excel skills and data analysis expertise. Industry experience: Logistics/FMCG/Distribution.
