Cape Town City Centre: R&D & Operations Project Manager

Execute tasks within larger projects, including tracking schedules and coordinating team members Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation Assist with monitoring workflows to ensure deadlines and project milestones are met Help maintain alignment between technical teams and business objectives Gain exposure to green development and continuous improvement practices Develop new skills and gradually take on additional responsibilities Build a clear pathway for career growth toward a future management role Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator or a engineer/technician in a planning role Working experience in a technical environment will be advantageous Proficiency with task management or project software (Trello, Asana, MS Planner) Advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets for organizing data and tracking lists Qualification: Diploma or Bachelors degree Foundational certificate like CAPM or diploma in project management is ideal Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
