Recruitment Graduate – General Job Specification Job Title: HR Graduate Job Overview: As an Recruitment Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, supporting the team in daily operations and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a strong foundation in human resources while contributing to a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment processes, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Support payroll administration by collecting and verifying employee attendance and leave records. Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and wellness programmes. Handle HR-related queries and provide support in areas such as policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in drafting contracts, offer letters, and other employment documentation. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies in all HR activities. Participate in performance management processes by coordinating appraisals and gathering feedback. Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees. Contribute to HR projects, research, and reporting as required. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Previous internship or administrative experience in HR is advantageous. Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices is beneficial.
