About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will contribute to the overall management and strategic planning of our recruitment processes. Your primary focus will be on managing vacancies and recruitment advertising channels, developing and maintaining a pool of candidates, and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vacancies and recruitment advertising channels
  • Develop and maintain a pool of candidates
  • Maintain relationships for resources and potential candidates
  • Update statistics and track CVs, job progress, and database management
  • Manage and update job descriptions
  • Apply relevant labour law regulations
  • Communicate with candidates and agencies
  • Maintain administration for the recruitment process
  • Research salaries for compatibility
  • Provide weekly and monthly recruitment reports
  • Manage relocation and transfers for international candidates

Requirements

  • Degree in industrial psychology or HR
  • 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist
  • Focused, target, and performance-driven
  • Good communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and a team player
  • Understanding of labour law
  • Experience with technical recruitment and database management
  • Computer literate

Qualifications

  • Degree in industrial psychology or HR

Salary & Benefits

This is a salary-based role. The salary range for this position is between R600,000 – R800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
