Minimum Requirements B. Com Degree (essential) Valid Drivers License (essential) 3 years experience in the rental industry (advantageous) Proficiency in financial systems and reconciliation processes Key Responsibilities Review and verify creditor reconciliations Prepare monthly reconciliation files Assist with branch audits and stock stakes Support the accountant in maintaining asset registers (fixed & rental) Perform General Ledger reconciliations Execute bank reconciliations Assist with budget preparation Compile year-end audit packs Ideal Candidate Profile Meticulous and organized Able to work independently and across regional branches Strong communication and collaboration skills Familiar with audit processes and asset management
