What You’ll Do Operate in a 180° recruitment role (sourcing-focused) with the opportunity to expand responsibilities over time. Proactively source, engage, and qualify top tech professionals across multiple markets. Use industry-leading recruitment tools to build strong talent pipelines. Work closely with the co-founders and receive ongoing training, mentorship, and support. Gradually increase your monthly placements as you grow within the role. What We’re Looking For Based in Cape Town, South Africa (remote role, but location-specific). Proven experience sourcing candidates for tech roles (agency or in-house).
