The role focuses on independent operational and financial risk analysis, incident management, reporting automation, and system enhancement. Key Duties Plan & execute risk assessments (financial & operational) Draft risk reports & escalate findings Document & manage operational incidents Enhance risk dashboards & reporting processes Monitor risk tolerance & propose improvements Build business relationships & supervise junior staff Requirements 34 years experience in securities, investments, IT systems & risk within financial services Relevant degree (CA, Actuary, Data/Math/Stats, Engineering) Programming skills (advantageous) Regulatory knowledge (FAIS Act, etc.) advantageous Risk/CFP/CFA designation advantageous Competencies Strong communication, problem-solving, resilience, attention to detail & proactivity.
