About the Role
Join Fundwell, a premier US business financing firm, as we expand into Cape Town CBD and seek elite talent to join our “Top 100 A-Team”. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving high-volume cold calling to generate interest in working capital solutions for US-based business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Engaging US-based business owners via high-volume cold calling to generate interest in working capital solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Conducting deep-dive qualification to identify prime funding opportunities.
- Objection Handling: Masterfully navigating complex conversations and positioning Fundwell’s capital solutions in a persuasive, consultative manner.
Requirements
- Stamina to handle the intensity of the US market with consistency and grit.
- Comfortable executing 150–200 outbound calls daily.
- Flawless, neutral English accent mandatory for high-authority conversations with US-based CEOs and executives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining respect and professionalism.

Salary & Benefits
Annual Base Salary: R120,000 – R180,000 (R10k – R15k monthly base, based on experience).
Exceptional Commission: Uncapped structure with potential for up to R45,000 per month in additional performance-based commission.
Safe Transport: Dedicated door-to-door transport provided for all staff following the midnight shift end (within a 35km radius of the offices).
