Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Test Analyst or Senior QA Engineer to join a dynamic team working on a large-scale Originations project . You will be responsible for testing and signing off on high-quality APIs developed within an agile environment. The role includes system testing, technical testing, integration testing, and preparing test assets for automation readiness within a CI/CD pipeline. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain automated functional and regression tests to support faster releases. Perform system integration, functional, and regression testing across various APIs and microservices. Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and analysts to review use cases, requirements, and workflows . Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data . Estimate testing effort and plan activities for test script development. Investigate, document, and replicate system issues and bugs. Monitor and debug automated API test runs and fix script/data-related errors . Update and enhance existing automated test suites as systems evolve. Ensure test assets are aligned with CI/CD pipeline requirements . Skills & Experience Must-Have: Minimum 5 years of technical testing or QA engineering experience. Strong experience in API testing (REST/SOAP). Solid understanding of system integration testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with SQL (SQL Server or Oracle DBMS). Exposure to automation tools such as Postman , SOAPUI , and JMeter . Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins , Azure DevOps , or Hudson . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment . Familiarity with HTML , CSS , and HTTP protocols . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience with C# or Python . Exposure to Azure DevOps Test Case Management . ISTQB Advanced Technical Test Analyst certification. Experience with automated API testing frameworks . Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration in an agile testing environment. Qualifications A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Personal Attributes Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong desire to learn and grow . Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team. Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms .
