What youll do: Own network infrastructure across stores, head office, and datacentres Administer Windows Servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies like a pro Deliver second- and third-level support for complex escalations Manage Oracle POS (Cloud), Microsoft 365, and ERP systems Execute cloud migrations, POS rollouts, and infrastructure upgrades Champion IT securitypatching, audits, MFA enforcement, and vulnerability remediation Collaborate with vendors and manage IT assets like a strategist Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure or systems support Networking wizardry (LAN/WAN, firewalls, Wi-Fi) Hands-on with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and cloud apps POS experience (Oracle POS preferred) Project delivery and migration expertise Certifications like CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL?
