About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SPA Therapist to join our 5-star hospitality team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa experiences to our guests while ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced massage, facials, body treatments, and beauty treatments to guests
  • Build rapport with local and international guests from all walks of life, including VIPs and UHNW Clients
  • Work effectively in a team environment, supporting junior therapists and contributing to the overall success of the spa
  • Demonstrate empathy, care, and professional excellence in delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain a beautifully groomed appearance at all times, representing our brand with confidence

Requirements

  • South African citizen or valid permit for employment in South Africa
  • Ability to work hospitality hours, including weekends, major public holidays, and operational requirements
  • Reliable transport if traveling within the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town
  • Relevant diploma/certification in SPA, Beauty, Cosmetology, or Somatology from an internationally recognized accreditation (e.g. CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP, CIBTAC, City & Guilds, BABTAC)
  • At least 5 years experience in SPA Therapy
