Responsibilities: Managing project deliverables together with team leads. Managing escalations from clients within the relevant technical work groups. Working closely with the company director and team leads to ensure operational tasks are completed and communicated to the relevant stakeholders. Partner with team leads to manage quality, time and scope of deliverables whilst tracking progress and velocity. Be a key contributor to the overall project delivery schedule in conjunction with the lead technicians/department managers. Cooperating with Engineering teams to define and maintain estimates and plans, track progress and manage project issues, risks and opportunities. Organise and lead regular correspondence to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress, issues, and resolutions. Administrative sales support in the form of contract administration. Required skills / Experience: Experience implementing and managing workstreams. Good organisational skills with experience using software platforms for Project Management. Ability to alternate between client liaison and operational delivery. Computer literacy and proficiency in quoting and costing systems. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree. 3 years of work experience in a relevant field. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies. Please send your CV to:
