About the Role
A well-established Law firm in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their growing Corporate practice. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiation of complex corporate transactions
