SPA SALES & REVENUE EXECUTIVE (internal & external) CAPE TOWN – ATLANTIC SEABOARD (W-Cape), South Africa START: A.S.A.P / May 2025 REPORT TO: Head of Department / HR Director HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 One weekend (Sat & Sun) per month MAY be required based on Operational Requirements Flexibility required for occasional meet-and-greets with groups or VIP clients outside of regular hours SALARY & BENEFITS: R16,000 – R22,000 Basic Salary per month – Based on desired experience & skills relevant to this position Commission & Incentives earned Fuel Allowance paid in accordance with company tariffs for short & long distance travel Company Cell Phone MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Reside centrally in or directly around Cape Town Valid driver license & your own, reliable and insured vehicle – this is not negotiable, traveling is an inherent part of this employment Qualification in Beauty / Spa / Cosmetology / Health & Skin Care / Somatology You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails) Proven Sales experience in a business 2 business environment Able to work under pressure Ability to travel to our properties across the Western Cape Build good rapport with employees and clients alike Professional English command – we deal with VIP clients around the world ESSENTIAL SKILLS EXPERIENCE: Confident in sales, new business development, in-house training and marketing Drive sales across all affiliated spas Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities Create unique programs and promotions for VIP’s Train the in-house team in sales strategies Develop new marketing strategies Attend relevant department meetings
