About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tenancy Progressor / Lettings Administrator to support our UK lettings team from Cape Town in a remote role with hybrid potential. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenancy progression across six UK branches, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with UK lettings regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenancy progression from offer agreed to move-in across six UK branches
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, referencing providers, and suppliers
- Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and all pre-tenancy documentation
- Register deposits and issue prescribed information within statutory timelines
- Ensure compliance with UK lettings regulations (Right to Rent, EPC, Gas, EICR, How to Rent, etc.)
- Coordinate payments, move-in dates, inventories, and check-ins/check-outs
- Maintain accurate records using Reapit and process documentation via Goodlord
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in UK residential lettings or property administration
- Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems (e.g., Reapit) and Microsoft Office
- Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure
