Position: Property Broker

Responsibilities:
- Grow a database of sellers and buyers in targeted regions.
- Promote the auction platform as the optimal property disposal solution.
- Develop networks and collaborate with parties that could refer properties for auction.
- Secure mandates for the sale of properties and assets.
- Market mandated properties and register buyers for auctions.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of real estate segments and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent or Property Broker.
- A strong track record of successful property sales.
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Valid EAAB FFC certification.
- Must reside in Cape Town or be willing to relocate
